At the customer's request, Orion provides all the original wood and aging documentation for each barrel. The HACCP approach is implemented and guarantees traceability.
Organoleptic quality control
Quality control begins in the forests . It continues throughout the manufacturing process , during the transport of the barrels to the customer.
In its concern for continuous quality improvement in order to offer an exceptional product, the cooperage has, for nearly 10 years now , acquired PAH analysis equipment for finished barrels. In total, 20% of our barrels produced annually are analyzed .
