The three partners benefited from the shared experience of working for a larger company with substantial means for innovation. While we wish to maintain an intimate, hands on approach, we also feel the necessity to constantly ameliorate our efforts, and improve our work space with newer and better equipment.

HALO ANISOLE AND ANISOLE TESTING

We work with a wine and spirits laboratory to provide full analysis of the completed barrel. The entire interior surface of the barrel is sampled and tested. The sensitivity of the equipment registers down to 0.5 nanograms.
